Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
My move was a bit of a mess because I had to move 30 large garden pots and a lot of outdoor furniture that was covered in dirt. I was worried the movers would be annoyed, but they just loaded everything onto the back of the truck and even helped me wrap the delicate ceramic ones in blankets. They were super friendly despite the heat, and they got the whole backyard cleared out in about two hours.
My back has been giving me trouble lately, so I knew I could not lift heavy stuff on my own. I called United Express Moving & Storage and spoke with Andrew, who answered all my questions patiently. On moving day, the crew handled my big wooden wardrobe and heavy toolbox without complaining. They worked carefully and did not scratch the walls or door frames. I appreciated how they asked before moving things around. The final bill matched exactly what I was told. I am glad I found them.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Moving my collection of heavy power tools and the workbench was a huge task. Andrew and other guys showed up around 11 in the morning and handled the metal cabinets without any issues. I was glad to see everything arrive in the garage safely.
I run a small photography studio and had to move all my lighting equipment and backdrops. Some of the stands are tall and awkward to carry. The team disassembled what they could and packed each part carefully. They labeled the cases so I could set up again without confusion. When we opened everything at the new studio, nothing was bent or misplaced.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
This service helped with moving items into a newly rented workspace. The crew arrived and started carrying items inside without standing around. The equipment and boxes were handled properly. The move finished within the planned window. The movers from the United Express Moving & Storage handled all the work and made sure that all my personal stuff was at my new place without any problem.
Found United Express Moving & Storage online, and they did a fantastic job with my last-minute move. They managed to fit my oversized sofa through the front door without any trouble. I was really impressed with how they handled the heavy lifting.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
