Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I didn’t expect a move with so many boxes and random bits to go smoothly, but these movers made it happen. They were efficient but didn’t rush. Even when it got a bit crowded at the loading spot, they stayed calm and worked around it. By the end of the day, I was in my new place, and I was ready to start settling in.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
From the moment they arrived, they knew exactly what they were doing. There was no confusion or delay, and everything moved at a steady pace. Andrew kept checking in to make sure things were going the way I wanted. That kind of attention made a big difference.
It was a good service. There was no damage at all, and they showed up on time. That's really all I wanted. Peaceful Service!

The drive to my new house was over three hours long, but the driver arrived at the destination before the time. I was worried about my electronics being in the back of a hot truck for that long, but they had packed them in a shaded spot under some blankets. It was a long day, but I am happy with the way my belongings were handled.
