This was my fourth time to engage thIs ABF service and as always, it was a timely and profitable decision.

Read More I used U-Pack for a cross-country move from NYC to WA and they made everything so easy! Their communications were clear, there were no hidden fees, I was able to track my things as the moving truck made its way across the country so I always knew where my stuff was. From the phone staff to the forklift driver who carried my relocube up a steep hill to its final destination, everyone was professional, accommodating, and communicative. If only all businesses could be like this. 100% recommend.

Read More We moved the contents of a 10’x10’ storage unit from Tucson, AZ to Columbus, OH. The month prior we contacted several brokers and movers and it was a very unpleasant experience. Prices were all higher than what we ultimately paid for U-Pack (granted the others included packing and loading); information was misleading (i.e. some movers were actually brokers); price points were confusing and not firm; reviews were often terrifying, etc. Looked at UHaul, Pods and U-Pack and settled on U-Pack. The experience was as close to perfect as I think you can get in this area. The trailer arrived on time in Tucson, we loaded and secured our stuff, we needed less space then we thought and the price was lowered to reflect this, the trailer was picked up and transported to our new storage unit in Columbus, the shipment arrived in good condition and we unloaded it, the trailer was picked up. Throughout the process the shipment progress was monitored online and we interacted with U-Pack to schedule and confirm dates. Service staff were always helpful and pleasant to work with. This was a very positive experience.

Read More Excellent professional service from start to finish.The Driver,Parrish, who dropped off the trailer was so kind and helpful. He called to let me know when he was headed my way and called again when he was 5 minutes away. He knew I was alone so took the ramp out and set it up for me and made sure the trailer was placed so there was room to load the items. I was very grateful for his help. He also made sure I understood all the details about the best way to load the trailer, how to use the bulkhead, locks, etc. Everything was delivered and removed in a timely fashion. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend UPack.

Read More The employees that we encountered from Jordan M. in Arkansas when we first inquired about U-Pack, to John and Phil and both drivers in Londonderry NH, to Chris and Lynn in Kinston NC were kind, efficient and wonderful to work with to make this long distance move. Our items all arrived in the condition that we packed them in. We also received several inches of snow while the trailer was in our driveway. John at ABF freight in Londonderry NH had the snow removed from the top of the trailer expeditiously so that our time line could stay on schedule. The communication is excellent with U-Pack employees and that removed a great deal of the stress that accompanies any move. The price of our long distance move with U-Pack was half of the other major moving options. We highly recommend U-pack/ABF freight company based on our experience. Thank you to all of the wonderful employees that we had the privilege of working with on our move from NH to NC.

Read More I've used U-Pack Relocubes twice for long distance moves. U-Pack customer service is great - you can always reach someone on the phone and they follow up with email and texts. My Relocubes were always delivered exactly when promised and the drivers were professional. Pickup was prompt, transport faster than promised, and delivery equally as prompt. Remember you pack your Relocubes - they're going to get moved around and moved on a truck. Ensuring adequate padding and properly loading the Relocube will help protect your belongings .

Read More Called to get the quote which went great, but then was totally disappointed of what was promised over the phone vs. what the e-mailed documents included. Called UPack back and received a much different story that the e-mailed quote did not include the total storage charge because they couldn’t include it beyond one month of storage. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time dealing with a very intentionally dishonest company!

Each and every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, and friendly.

So I want to start off by saying I read every single review in here before deciding to go with U-Pack. It was so cheap compared to Pods, and easier to manage compared to ... Read More So I want to start off by saying I read every single review in here before deciding to go with U-Pack. It was so cheap compared to Pods, and easier to manage compared to Uhaul's shipping containers, but I was very nervous. I personally had a great experience. I got one of the containers, not part of a trailer, and was having it shipped from Florida to Iowa. They dropped it off to my mom, and she had it packed up and ready to go. I scheduled pickup for Monday on Friday morning- they ended up coming Tuesday (but not a huge deal considering no one needs to be there for pickup). It overall went super well! The customer service was very nice and the truck drivers communicated with me whenever they were headed my way.
