Read More Sent two kids to work with little experience, save yourself a headache with these fraudsters!!!!!! Took them several hours just to move 3 rooms, 8 hours to be specific for just load the truck with a bedroom, living room and a dining room. No customer service, they won’t answer the phone!! Ripped off.

Read More We hadn't seen the reviews before we booked them but they haven't changed from everyone else's reviews. We're told on the phone and chat that we wouldn't be charged until they were done so that the hours were calculated correctly. However, we're then told we had to pay nearly $1000 before they unpacked anything. They changed us for the 3+ hours they were late due to a flat tire, a half hour+ lunch and the half hour+they needed to drive to Walmart for a tool to take the doors off our fridge (which they dropped getting it out of the trailer). They refused to take the glass tops to my desk, saying they didn't have anything to wrap them in, even tho we were told they would. Broke three boxes of glass/ceramics because they dropped out of the back of the trailer when they opened the door. Avoid at all costs.

Read More Unfortunately i have to choose one star but if I could rate it ZERO it would be more accurate! The worst, unprofessional, and shady business I by far have EVER dealt with. They have hidden fees that are NOT on the contract and when you try to ask about it and dispute it they are rude and start calling you names. They are definitely a sketchy business only accepting payments in cash or money orders. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!

They charge you for hours and travel time way over the real time. It took them 3 hours to unload a storage unit on their truck and 1 hour to unload from the truck to my garage. ACCORDINGLY to GPS 20 minutes to the house. They changed me 8.5 hrs of labor 1.5hrs of travel time and add other items That was never talked about. The came out to $1800 for a job that at the most would be $600.

Read More The only redeeming part of their service is that the movers were nice. The business itself was terrible...hidden and excessive fees for gasoline and travel time. Truly an awful experience. I believe that people erroneously hire these guys, as my wife did, thinking gthatthey are Two Men and a Truck. When you call management, Mike will come in hot and raise his voice without affording you the ability to say anything....this is likely becuase he so accustomed to hearing complaints that he just cuts to the chase. Save yourself the aggrevation and go with another moving company without ludicrous additional charges.

We were quoted $1000, and were then presented a bill of over $4000!!!!!! they wanted to charge $500 FOR BUBBLE WRAP which BY THE WAY they left at my house! must be made of gold!!!!! AND THEN, As we left we NEVER saw them on the road, they did what would've been a 4 hour drive in 8 hours, we were supposed to arrive by 6pm and we did not see them until 11pm!!!!!! They billed us in advance for 20.5 hours of work without having even being halfway through their drive; they arrived late on site, took their damn time, and then mysteriously had a "flat tire" and wouldn't answer the phone!!! No evidence of such changed tires, AND THEY ARE RUNNING A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS WITHOUT DOT NUMBERS! THIS IS AN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY! WILL BE REPORTED TO BBB AND I HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN! We were absolutely TERRIFIED they had run off with our belongings!!!! Thankfully everything arrived however they refused to put ANYTHING inside the house and just piled things on top of each other in the garage because otherwise they would've charged an "unpacking fee" whatever that means! After a huge fight we realized that this was some type of ponzi mafia scheme! please do not hire them! One of the movers seemed like a nice guy but the other one was scratching his nuts every 2 minutes. Disgusting
