I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided on this company. Was quoted $492 for my move. the total time for move from beginning to end was 2 hours and 45 minutes. location was 15 miles away. I moved a 3-piece bedroom set and a 3 piece living room set. when we got to the location they billed me $759... they said in had to call the number if i wanted to dispute. I called the number and the man said he would look into it and hung up. They wouldn't unload until I paid. So, I just paid the money. now they won't answer my phone calls. How is this place still in business with this much fraud? BE WARNED!!!!

Read More I saw this add on Facebook and I thought it will be a good decision but never look on the reviews. It’s always right, it’s too good to be true. Quote is 99$/hour with minimum of 3 hours. Leo the main guy, started and quite slow in wrapping my sofa, love seat, TV, etc. I asked if I have to pay for the wrap, he said only the bubble wrap. Everything is loaded in less than 3 hours and I feel like it can be faster as everything is disassembled ready for them. Then he said here’s your receipt. 1780$. I said I didn’t expect that. They charge for extra 1.5 hours of travel, fuel surcharge of 99, 400$ for heavy furniture which is over price, 350$ of wrapping and bubbles. And they want Cash. They said it’s ok for Zelle but he received a memo that they don’t accept Zelle for this day. What a stressful day! Lesson learned! Stay away from this people.

Read More If there was a negative button I would click. Normally I read reviews but I was talking to so many companies and the lady was so polite until she disappeared and Mike the manager picks up and hangs up and bullies people. Major scam and disrespectful. Had to call the cops because they held my stuff hostage and threatened to leave with all of my belongings. They left without letting see the back of the truck to ensure everything was unloaded. Overcharged me and and check the contract because all the driver kept screaming is the contract is legal and binding and untouchable. There is a $75 cleaning fee on top of transport fee for an hour and half which is included in their 3 hour minimum. Only mounted the dinner table. The other mover was okay but the driver and manger are rude and disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. He tried to charge me heavy fee without weighing anything. They don't give you the contract prior to so they can charge you a cancellation fee which is the 3 hr min at $90 plus $75 plus $69 fuel charge.

Although responsive to getting set up, was quoted $350 for 3 hours labor including travel and fuel for a 1 bedroom move 15 min away to another 1 bedroom.(first floor to first floor) It says unlimited shrink wrap and blankets included, yet the guys decided to un-necessarily bubble wrap everything and then proceeded to tell me my bill was $1600. It felt like a bait and switch bc my belongings were now held hostage unless I paid before unloading. Do NOT use this company. I've never paid so much for a move in my life.

Quoted me $415 for four hours and then strong armed me later for an additional $600 and then left majority of my furniture outside my home. I always read reviews but I’m kicking myself for not taking two minutes to look these disgusting and vile company up.

Read More Horrible company. They are not an official professional business. They have a trailer and its not a legit moving truck. Quoted under $700 and charged $1,874. Wouldnt unload until paid cash and wouldnt give any other way to pay. Charged 14 hours for a 9 hour job and wouldnt give any money back. They got a flat tire and they charged me for that time as well. Paid for the labor of 2 guys but only 1 was working to unload while the other was vaping. Neither would talk to me after I had an issue with the charges
