The service provided was the best I've ever experienced. The team tirelessly navigated flights of stairs for three hours without complaint. I cannot express enough gratitude to these individuals for providing me with the smoothest move ever. I'm thoroughly impressed.
David and his team started off a bit rocky with a late arrival on moving day. Luckily, once they got going, everything went smoothly. Even though the slow start stressed us out, the team made up for it by working fast. If only they were on time from the beginning, they would have gotten a higher rating from us.
I saw this add on Facebook and I thought it will be a good decision but never look on the reviews. It’s always right, it’s too good to be true. Quote is 99$/hour with minimum of 3 hours. Leo the main guy, started and quite slow in wrapping my sofa, love seat, TV, etc. I asked if I have to pay for the wrap, he said only the bubble wrap. Everything is loaded in less than 3 hours and I feel like it can be faster as everything is disassembled ready for them. Then he said here’s your receipt. 1780$. I said I didn’t expect that. They charge for extra 1.5 hours of travel, fuel surcharge of 99, 400$ for heavy furniture which is over price, 350$ of wrapping and bubbles. And they want Cash. They said it’s ok for Zelle but he received a memo that they don’t accept Zelle for this day. What a stressful day! Lesson learned! Stay away from this people.
We hadn't seen the reviews before we booked them but they haven't changed from everyone else's reviews. We're told on the phone and chat that we wouldn't be charged until they were done so that the hours were calculated correctly. However, we're then told we had to pay nearly $1000 before they unpacked anything. They changed us for the 3+ hours they were late due to a flat tire, a half hour+ lunch and the half hour+they needed to drive to Walmart for a tool to take the doors off our fridge (which they dropped getting it out of the trailer). They refused to take the glass tops to my desk, saying they didn't have anything to wrap them in, even tho we were told they would. Broke three boxes of glass/ceramics because they dropped out of the back of the trailer when they opened the door. Avoid at all costs.

Used them a month ago, quoted $400, then stated we had to pay them 2K before they'd take anything off the truck. Stated they were with two men and a truck when we booked them. Avoid at all costs.
They give you a quote over the phone and then change it when they have your stuff on the truck. The mover were polite, but the company is a scam. I don't understand how they are still in business with all this awful reviews.
