I found it to be good communication from Trustpoint Moving Group throughout the moving process. Whenever something needed clarifying, the team communicated rather than assumed. The movers did a fantastic job of being professional and caring for our belongings.
The furniture was not handled as carefully as I expected during the relocation. A large piece was moved through a tight doorway without enough protection. The process seemed rushed at times. More careful handling would have been preferable.
