Honest, reliable, reputable company!
Whether it was delicate crystal stemware in cell-divider boxes or a 300-pound home gym squat rack, all had arrived at our new home in good order. They placed heavy steel weights in the truck floorboards to keep the truck floor under their feet low and they cradled our glass cabinet doors on top, displaying great balance and packing logic in the truck.

The service was just wonderful!
We had a lot of stuff in our house when we were moving into our new house. Fortunately, the movers at this company were quick to be patient, prepared everything with great care and even covered the trucks with protective barriers for extra security. They made the delivery the very next day and even unloaded it in their new place, in their rooms. The service was just wonderful!

Top-Notch Moving Experience.
I was staying in an home, and Trustpoint Moving Group assisted us in relocating to a bigger house in GA. The crew was very nice, well organized and careful with furniture. I was impressed with them checking every room before they left to ensure that they didn't forget anything.

Trustpoint Moving Group — be careful, and get everything in writing
I signed a binding estimate on October 2 for $1,947.64, for a Thursday/Friday, October 29–30 pickup from Seattle to Henderson, NV. On October 9, Ben agreed in writing to change my date to Friday, October 30th, and said, "That will not be a problem, I will get it done." I also told him I was not available on October 29 until after 11:30 AM. Instead, the movers came Thursday, October 29, between 8 and 11 AM. On October 28, $300 was charged to my card on top of the binding estimate, with no written explanation of what it was for. When I asked, customer service talked about a 48-hour pickup window. I checked my signed paperwork — it says Thursday/Friday, October 29–30, and a 72-hour cancellation window. It does not say a 48-hour pickup window. Customer service really was no help at all and seemed very agitated to help me. Although I will say that she did not have access to the 2 people that I had been in contact with earlier. They so conveniently are out of the country and the other one is also "out of office," leaving everything to the lady at customer service. Very poor chain of command. Also, giving quotes with just pictures is probably not a good idea. Trustpoint is a broker, not the carrier. The carrier that actually picked up my things is a separate company, and the bill of lading I signed at pickup was for $2,247.64, not $1,947.64. The $300 was added to the binding estimate fee, from $750.63 to $1,050.63, even though the volume stayed the same at 300 cubic feet. The remaining $1,077.94 is now due to the carrier at delivery, not to Trustpoint. Another big thing they failed to tell me: exactly where my belongings were going to be kept once they reached Henderson. When I dealt with the movers this morning, they were looking at me like I was crazy, and I tried to explain to them that nobody told me anything. All they told me was that it was going to one of their warehouses, so I was assuming it was one of TrustPoint's — but it was not. My warning to others: do not assume the price you sign, the date you agree to in messages, or the company you are dealing with will stay the same on pickup day. Get any price change and any date change in a revised, signed estimate before pickup day, and ask in writing who you will actually pay at delivery.

Delightful experience.
We moved on a very hot day. The team was determined in the heat, focused and went the distance, without shortcuts. We applaud them!

Very Smooth Transition!
It was really helpful to have a door to door moving service as it saved me a lot of work. My movers organized my belongings when they picked them up, transported and delivered them. They transmitted effectively and ensured that all was delivered to the destination safely. It was an easy and comfortable moving experience.

Exceeded our expectations.
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Trustpoint Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.

Couldn't have gone better.
I was quite surprised and overwhelmed when I moved from an old apartment to a new house, because it was a big life change. But the first call till the last box was unloaded was all very well planned with them.

Faultless service!
They walked the parents through step by step, responded to all their questions and handled each box very carefully. The whole exchange was individualized and respectful. My parents are just talking about how wonderful it was!

Moving Made Easy.
I wanted something easy to move furniture and the everyday items I had around the house. The procedure of arranging it was simple and I truly appreciated having a service that could take care of various items. This was a handy option for me to move to.
