Read More This company quoted me an initial price that I was able to afford and comfortable paying and then suddenly the foreman charged me an extra $4,000 while they were in the midst of moving my boxes and furniture. I had no choice but to have them continue. I felt trapped and obligated to go through the moving process with them. I was on a scheduled timeline and had to be moved out of my house on the date I requested. Also, their customer service sucks! They are not good about communicating and calling you back if you have questions. And if you complain, they get irritated and just hang up on you. Isn't that nice?? They really screwed me over! Such a terrible experience! I DO NOT recommend this company!!

Additionally, they claim not to be a broker, but the drivers showed up in an "Transit Moving Systems" truck, and the company does not have a record of all the individuals ... Read More Additionally, they claim not to be a broker, but the drivers showed up in an "Transit Moving Systems" truck, and the company does not have a record of all the individuals who worked on our house that day. The move was from WA to California, and Joan Pablo was my sales rep. I can honestly say that this has been the worst moving experience of my life, and the company's lack of accountability is saddening. I could go on and on about how bad this experience was, but I have cried too many times at this point. Lastly, the reviews they try to direct you to are mostly fake (Verified Movers), and all positive reviews on Google are individuals with only 1 review (i.e., FAKE). Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Read More Please don’t use this company! We talked to them several times and was a sure of a quote. When the truck showed up and they started loading our things. Driver came up and said quote changed and this is the amount. The amount was double the quoted amount. How could that be? We even had less to load before quote. We decided to sell some large items. We tried calling the sales person, owner, CEO there was no one to talk to. Then on the other end driver said he had to have $500 cash or he couldn’t unload us. Many large items were missing. Many items broke beyond repair. I have pictures. Unscrupulous company. Please read the web reviews they are bad. Wish we had seen them before we booked.
