Read More I used Transit Moving Systems for my long distant move from Brooklyn NY to my home town in North Carolina. Every part of this process was so easy and I couldn’t be happier. They are so professional, efficient, and very on time. They were always great at communicating with me about what stage I was at in this process. They wrapped and took such good care of me of my belongings and unwrapped them upon arrival as well as put back together any furniture they took apart. On top of how proficient everyone was they were also super friendly and did everything with a smile. I couldn’t have chose a better company!

Read More Working with Joan Pablo and the whole Transit Moving Systems team for our 2nd move has been pretty amazing. I really really really appreciate that our rep took the time to make sure the volume of our move was accurate as possible! Pick up went great. Guys worked hard. Handled my husbands 400lb safe without trouble. Delivery was perfect since they made sure everything that was disassembled, was reassembled and put back into the proper rooms. If I could give Transit Moving Systems 100 stars I really would! Thank you guys!

Read More Transit Moving Systems showed up late, the driver had the wrong phone number to contact me. They damaged walls moving out of my previous house and damaged walls moving into my new house. I paid for them to pack 3 tvs and when I unpacked and set up my 65" tv, I noticed the screen was broken. The movers also tried to fit my refrigerator through spaces where it would not fit and after suggesting to them to remove the doors, they watched as I removed the refrigerator doors. I reached out to Transit regarding the cracked tv screen and evidently nobody wants to speak with me. I'm very unhappy with this company because they should at least have the integrity to respond to an issue. The movers took adequate breaks and I just don't understand how this company remains in business if this is the treatment they give customers. Take your business elsewhere, otherwise they will keep making victims of paying customers.

Read More Please don’t use this company! We talked to them several times and was a sure of a quote. When the truck showed up and they started loading our things. Driver came up and said quote changed and this is the amount. The amount was double the quoted amount. How could that be? We even had less to load before quote. We decided to sell some large items. We tried calling the sales person, owner, CEO there was no one to talk to. Then on the other end driver said he had to have $500 cash or he couldn’t unload us. Many large items were missing. Many items broke beyond repair. I have pictures. Unscrupulous company. Please read the web reviews they are bad. Wish we had seen them before we booked.
