They packed up my things with care, and I was grateful for how kind they were throughout the whole process. They moved everything quickly, and I felt relieved to have one less thing to worry about during a tough time.

They took their time wrapping everything and made sure all the instruments were secure during the move. I was relieved to see that everything arrived without a single scratch.

Read More I booked them just to move a few bulky items, and didn’t expect much beyond basic hauling. But Swift Shift Van Lines team took time to wrap and secure each item. They also checked that our floor wouldn’t get scratched while bringing things in. What could’ve been a slapdash job was actually handled with serious care and attention!

Read More Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
