The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
The movers stayed patient as I made last-minute changes. They didn’t complain once; instead, they quickly adjusted things and kept working hard. That flexibility made the entire relocation process so much easier than I anticipated.
