I contacted Swift Shift Van Lines for a same-day move of my studio apartment. The guys showed up fast, packed my bed, TV, and kitchen stuff, and were done before evening. Nothing broke, and the timing was perfect.
I had a very serious and frustrating experience with Swift Shift Van Lines and the moving company they brokered. After major issues during delivery—including erratic and unsafe behavior by movers they literally hired from Craigslist, unreliable delivery timelines which caused us to have to sleep on the floor of an empty house for a week, damage to property and belongings, and pressure to sign paperwork without proper verification and they left without me signing the paperwork which leads me to believe they may have forged my signature (swift shift has still not confirmed they have retrieve this paperwork which is either not signed or bares a false signature)—I attempted multiple times to resolve these matters directly with Swift Shift. They have since stopped responding entirely. I have spoken with attorneys who advised that while the situation appears clearly criminal, the cost of pursuing legal action would likely exceed any recovery. Because of that, the most realistic option left to me is to warn others publicly. This review is written so future customers can make an informed decision and understand the risks involved when using this broker.

David and Eric maintained cleanliness around my house when I hired them to move my couch. They disposed of the wasted packing material and also double checked on their way out to see if they’d gotten rid of everything. Bravo!

Jack and James took care of everything when I moved from CA to SD. They packed up all my fragile stuff like the marble coffee table and wall hanging mirrors and even took apart and put back together my furniture. Their commitment to giving a stress-free move is impressive.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
Having these guys on the team was a delight. They seemed to have a lot of expertise, were well-organized, and were upbeat. I felt very comfortable leaving everything to them.
