The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
The sofa was awkward and heavy. I expected problems getting it down the narrow stairs. The movers stayed calm and worked together. When it reached the truck without a scratch, I felt real relief.
They created trust in their work by taking their time and not hurrying through the process to ensure everything was done correctly the first time.

Finding dependable help for a move is not always easy. This crew handled the job for me, and I'm thankful I called them. The house had boxes everywhere, and I honestly didn't know where to start that morning. Having people there to take care of the moving part helped a lot. I could focus on getting my paperwork and keys sorted while they handled the rest. The whole move was much easier than trying to do it alone.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!

Talking to James made me feel better about the upcoming move. He has replied to my texts very quickly, been very helpful during our talks, and been understanding when my plan has changed. I really value his amazing coordination and ability to calm my fears during the change from FL to TX.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
Swift Shift Van Lines had no trouble with the move. They offer great service at a fair price, and they've been very helpful. The group was always quick to fix things, no matter what. It was easy to use their service.
Ronnie and crew put our possessions' safety first. Everything was meticulously wrapped in large blankets, and fragile objects were double-wrapped using bubble wrap. Protecting the old and new walls of the houses, we took the extra step of cushioning the walls.
