Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines assistance, the change went off without a hitch. Two men arrived on time, were very attentive, and quickly and effectively covered my furniture.
I contacted Swift Shift Van Lines for a same-day move of my studio apartment. The guys showed up fast, packed my bed, TV, and kitchen stuff, and were done before evening. Nothing broke, and the timing was perfect.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.

Instead of using single-use plastics, they utilized reusable boxes and moving blankets. I admired their efforts to be sustainable!
What made this move easier was how well the movers worked together. They handled my family’s belongings from start to end with complete attention. They checked a few details with me before loading and managed the entire trip smoothly. The unloading at the new home went just as well.
Our big dresser was really heavy and hard to move, but these movers had a clever trick. They put these things under it that made it slide easily across the floor without leaving any scratches on our beautiful new hardwood.
