For me, moving long distance has never been a breeze, but with the help of this company, it was easy. From packing to delivery, they were always on track, and they kept me in the loop. The moving company was also punctual, and upon arrival at the new location, everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
This company is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that its customers are taken care of. The movers were professional, quick, courteous, pleasant, and careful. While taking my dresser down the stairs, he dropped it, chipping the corner and causing extensive damage. “It happens sometimes,” he shrugged, without acknowledging the damage or offering to repair it. The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.
We departed from an elevated structure devoid of a freight elevator. Their composure was commendable throughout what felt like an eternity to us. Because of their competence and power, I was incredibly satisfied.
I liked how the crew prepared everything before transportation. Furniture was secured well, and fragile household items received extra attention. The unloading process was also neat and straightforward.
The apartment move from the north side to the new condo went better than expected. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines arrived right on time and brought all the packing supplies with them. They wrapped my furniture carefully and stacked everything neatly in the truck. What stood out was how organized they were from start to finish.
Throughout the entire process, Robert staff was outstanding. Their meticulous and swift moving of my possessions to the storage facility made what would have been a difficult day much easier and even enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
