I had no major problems with the move into my new home whatsoever, even though there were parking issues and delays caused by weather.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
They moved fragile paintings and expensive electronics for me, and everything arrived safely. I could see how much care they put into wrapping and carrying items. Their precision really impressed me throughout the entire moving experience.
This team was very efficient with my move; I was surprised how easily it went. They remained very organized throughout.
Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
Swift Shift Van Lines offered top-notch services. I hired them the first time but they didn't fail to impress me. My fragile was very cautiously packed and labeled with fragile stickers.
Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
This is a perfect circumstance for me. They were pleasant to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done fast but efficiently.
Having these guys on the team was a delight. They seemed to have a lot of expertise, were well-organized, and were upbeat. I felt very comfortable leaving everything to them.
The movers approached the task expertly. They tackled the disassembly and reassembly of my oversized wardrobe with ease, a feat I wouldn’t dare attempt. They completed the job swiftly without compromising on quality. I was pleased with their performance.
