Because Swift Shift Van Lines was great, I hired them. I'm very happy with how professional, friendly, and good at managing they are. The movers were great. They were nice, careful, and on time. The price was still very low, which was a surprise. I want to use them again for my future projects because they helped me with everything I needed. I've never worked with a moving company like this one before. Do a great job!
This incredible crew helped us move during a winter storm. They arrived with safety mats and covered the floor inside my new apartment so that snow wouldn't be tracked in. They also took further precautions to protect my books and electronics by placing them in airtight containers. Despite the severe weather, I was surprised by the degree of professionalism.
My family needed a crew to load a large container for a long-distance move. The workers arrived early and started organizing the boxes by weight. They tied everything down with straps so the load would not shift on the road. I noticed they were careful with the corners of my antique cabinets. It took four hours to finish the entire driveway. The communication was clear from start to finish. Charles and the team were very helpful, and all the things were delivered safely.
I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.

Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
The first thing David did when he arrived was walk through the whole apartment and make a note of everything before touching a single item. I thought that was a really thoughtful way to start because it meant nothing got missed and there were no surprises later. He kept checking in throughout the day and made sure I was happy with where things were going.
I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
