I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. Happy to have chosen them!
If you want something simple, try them. They checked in with me several times to make sure everything met my expectations, even though I had a simple relocation.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
For me, moving long distance has never been a breeze, but with the help of this company, it was easy. From packing to delivery, they were always on track, and they kept me in the loop. The moving company was also punctual, and upon arrival at the new location, everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
