I appreciate your positive enthusiasm. I didn't regret choosing this relocation company. The young lads handled my furniture and expensive stuff with such care.
Both of them were quick and pleasant. arrived promptly as planned. It was finished so fast, it shocked me. They are a reliable service that I would hire again. Relocating is never easy, but they made it bearable.
Moving out of a third floor walkup is never easy especially with a heavy upright piano. I was worried about the stairs, but the guys were total pros about it. They used high quality straps and padding to make sure the instrument stayed safe during the descent. The truck was packed tight, so nothing shifted during the drive across town. I appreciate the hard work they put into such a physical job. The price was also very fair for the effort.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
I've never used movers to help with a move before, but I can assure you that it was easy and painless. The men did not take unnecessary breaks and were polite and respectful. When I eventually need to relocate, I will, without a doubt, hire an once more.

Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
I stored some of my belongings in their storage facility to paint my home. After the work was completed, I called them to deliver the items back to me. The crew meticulously delivered my antique dining set the very next day. This service was exceptionally reliable, which is very rare. If you need them, please use them.
I do not usually write reviews, but Swift Shift Van Lines was too good. They showed up on time, loaded everything without drama, drove carefully, and unloaded everything exactly where I pointed. That is it. That is the whole story.
