Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Avoid this moving company at all costs! They were supposed to transport boxes and some furniture from Milwaukee to Seattle within a week, but it has now been a month. When the items finally arrived, they were severely damaged. I strongly advise against using their services.
I was terrified that we might have to relocate in the week leading up to Christmas. David and his staff made the whole event enjoyable by bringing cookies and wearing colorful hats. It was very surprising and I felt grateful!
Everything was well coordinated from the booking to the move. I received an email confirming the date and time of the crew's arrival, an invoice breakdown and a reminder of items to pack. The crew arrived promptly and worked around the clock on moving day until the job was completed safely. I can't say enough nice things about them!
They were punctual for both the collection and the delivery, further demonstrating their reliability, and their stellar job certainly warranted the five stars they received.
Moving with this company was a breeze. The movers were well-organized and efficient, and they were also very friendly and helpful. They took great care with all the items and ensured no damage occurred during the relocation. Can't ask for a better service.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
My move was just one couch, two chairs, and 10 boxes, but the crew treated it like a big job. Everything was packed neatly. I’d definitely use them again.
the worst movers ever they claimed we got a bunch of discounts, then never applied them. then we want to add a table and they charges us $900. we tried to ask why the table was so expensive, just yelled at us and ended the call. They also did the same thing to our friends also moving to Texas.
