They took care of my stuff and stayed polite through it all. All the belongings made it to the new place without a problem. I liked how simple they made the process. I’d call them again next time without hesitation.
I do not usually write reviews, but Swift Shift Van Lines was too good. They showed up on time, loaded everything without drama, drove carefully, and unloaded everything exactly where I pointed. That is it. That is the whole story.
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
We were moving long-distance with a very tight schedule, and we were worried about delays. Luckily, the crew showed up on time, worked with commitment, and kept us updated throughout the journey. They arrived at the new house exactly when promised, and none of the items were damaged. We cannot be more thankful!
The team assisted me with the move from a 1-bedroom apartment, making the day much easier. They had other boxes to store my belongings in that were needed. They've also been moving blankets around my dresser, TV stand and dining chairs.

The movers were patient and kept asking what should be taken and what should be left behind. It helped avoid any confusion or missing items. I could tell they’ve handled tricky setups before. Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
Incredible movers! Smart, competent, and humble. When it comes to moving tasks, I've never encountered men who have treated me this way before. Working with them again would be an option for me.
