They did a great job from start to end.

Moving my late grandmother's hand-painted porcelain collection and fragile glassware was very nerve-wracking for me. Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.

The team was very focused on getting the truck loaded up. I was worried about things getting bumped around during the drive, but James and the team made sure the cargo was secure. After a short walkthrough, they began working and kept things moving at a steady rate. I checked in occasionally, but there was no need to supervise closely. Extremely professional gentlemen.

Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
