The first thing David did when he arrived was walk through the whole apartment and make a note of everything before touching a single item. I thought that was a really thoughtful way to start because it meant nothing got missed and there were no surprises later. He kept checking in throughout the day and made sure I was happy with where things were going.
Swift Shift Van Lines handled our cross-state move with zero issues. They arrived right on time, had tools ready for disassembly, and moved everything with care. We had a large sectional, two TVs, and a wobbly bookshelf I was nervous about. They wrapped it all up and kept it steady in the truck. The best part was how calm and organized they stayed the whole time.
James made my most recent transfer simple and affordable. Despite the several changes to the plan, they demonstrated remarkable tolerance and support while efficiently coordinating the transition. I have no plans to use them again very soon, but they will be at the ready in case I need to.
Because they were honest and the price they quoted was the exact amount we paid, I will be using them again and recommending them to others for our next move.

I needed a same-state move done quickly, and they delivered. Everything was loaded, transported, and unloaded in record time, yet nothing looked rushed. Each item was safe, which made me feel relieved and grateful.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
Solid 5 stars from my side because we moved a 3 bedroom house and the entire job was done in under 5 hours and everything was accounted for at the end.
10 out of 10 for how the move turned out. I was helping set up for a small family event and needed help moving supplies to the venue. The crew came early, took a quick look around, and got right to it. Each item was packed with care and loaded in the order I suggested. They didn’t slow down or ask for instructions over and over.
