They also inquired about the specific rooms I wanted each box delivered to in the new location and dutifully followed my instructions. For my convenience, they stacked comparable boxes together to facilitate unpacking. Overall, they provided outstanding assistance.

While taking my dresser down the stairs, he dropped it, chipping the corner and causing extensive damage. “It happens sometimes,” he shrugged, without acknowledging the damage or offering to repair it. The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.
After selling my place, I shifted to a nearby home. The crew sorted items by how delicate they were. They secured loose parts and stacked cartons with care. During unloading, they placed items in clear areas. This helped me settle in and organize the space quickly.
I had a wonderful experience working with this staff. When staff knew immediately how to handle my possessions. I have never experienced such excellent service!

I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
