Carl shared pictures and videos to keep me updated on the process, which was pretty professional, considering that I was out of the country during the relocation. They impressed me with their candor and transparency.
I had to move heavy garage tools, including a big tool chest. The movers loaded it with a dolly, secured everything tightly, and placed it exactly where I asked in the new garage. It was handled perfectly.

I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and these guys actually showed up on a Sunday morning with only two days' notice.
