The three-member moving crew was excellent. They arrived on time and worked diligently. Plus the communication throughout the journey was spot-on too. I received all my possessions on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Our family moved from a duplex to a single house in the next county last weekend. We had a lot of stuff to move, like the kids' toys and heavy bunk beds, plus our washer and dryer. Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team of four guys who showed up right on schedule. They took the bunk beds apart in just a few minutes and kept all the screws together. I liked how they put the toys in clear bags so we could find them easily later. They even hooked the washer back up at the new house and cleaned out the dryer vent for us. The kids were able to play while the movers worked around them. It was a very smooth day
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
If you want something simple, try them. They checked in with me several times to make sure everything met my expectations, even though I had a simple relocation.
My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.
The moving experience with this company produced only positive results. They arrived at the scheduled time to perform their tasks with focus and precision until completing all the safe loading and unloading operations. Friendly behavior among their staff made the entire moving process more pleasant for me.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
The movers were absolute professionals. They navigated my narrow staircase without a single scratch on the walls or furniture. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they took time to check that everything was positioned where I wanted it in my new place. I've moved plenty of times, and this was by far the easiest.
