I had some artwork that needed extra care during the move. Joseph asked me about it beforehand and made sure it was packed separately so it would not shift around in the truck.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines to prepare our household items for overseas container moving. They professionally wrapped and inventoried every piece, meeting all international standards. The entire process felt very secure and detailed. Person name answered all my difficult customs questions beforehand.
Avoid this moving company at all costs! They were supposed to transport boxes and some furniture from Milwaukee to Seattle within a week, but it has now been a month. When the items finally arrived, they were severely damaged. I strongly advise against using their services.
I recently moved, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I've ever made. I can't remember the last time I felt so content and satisfied. Following the move of my family of four from a two-story house with numerous heavy furnishings, all items were successfully delivered. I must tell you that these guys are freaking incredible for any shifting. I had tons of loads to relocate, the time was too short, and even the thought of packing and moving in a week was daunting to me. Hands down to these experts who value their clients and get the job done in the finest possible way.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
Moving can be challenging, but John and the team made it a breeze! They arrived prepared, and Charles quickly assessed the situation. Even though I packed in a hurry, they reviewed everything and found the best way to load the vehicle.
Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.
The movers worked together well and kept the process moving at a steady pace. They protected the furniture before loading and handled the boxes responsibly. Once at the destination, the crew unloaded everything in an organized manner.
A few heavy landscape features needed to be relocated to my new backyard yesterday. Those guys managed the awkward lifting with a lot of skill and didn't damage any of the property. I found the whole process very straightforward because the workers were so helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this specific group again for any future outdoor projects.
