I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Watson and his team left both the old and new places spotless. They swept up any debris from packing materials and wiped down the furniture once it was in place. They even offered to help set up appliances and electronics.
