Having these guys on the team was a delight. They seemed to have a lot of expertise, were well-organized, and were upbeat. I felt very comfortable leaving everything to them.
They worked faster than I expected while still paying close attention to detail. From carefully stowing each item away to taking doors off their hinges as needed, their expertise shone through in every detail.
Here's how my move played out. I was relocating household items from one living space to another. When the crew arrived, they took a look around and decided what should be moved first. One of the movers secured a loose panel before picking it up. I stayed nearby while they worked through the rooms. Items were handled one at a time. I did not feel lost during the process.
I would use Swift Shift Van Lines again. James moved my fridge without unplugging it first, which I thought was strange, but he explained that waiting for the coils to settle would take too long.
Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. We were successfully moved in today by Anthony and his coworkers. Everything is in its proper place in the house; nothing has broken. They were all friendly and helpful.
Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
