Swift Shift Van Lines stepped in for a cross-country move when another provider dropped out last minute. What could’ve been a logistical nightmare turned into a smooth process. Every step, from packing to the final delivery, was handled with clockwork precision and a calming presence. Their movers did an amazing job!
Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
We called these guys for help with our move. The team did their job carefully and finished everything on time. Boxes were put where they belonged, and it made unpacking much easier for us later.
John and Allen went above and beyond to ensure everything was secured, and I'm quite happy with that.
The movers arrived around 11 am and immediately started working. They had to carry our heavy drawers down the stairs using lifting straps and rolling dollies. The entire transit was on schedule. Great experience.
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
A solid 5-star experience with Adam’s crew. They arrived promptly at 11 am (half an hour after booking on the same day) and quickly got to work. They packed my sofas and floor-length mirrors thoroughly in few hours and delivered them unscratched to me in SD. I am thoroughly impressed with the fast service and absolutely recommend them!
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
They used mattress bags to protect all our beds, and the movers helped arrange the bedrooms in the new house.
