The move from my third-floor apartment went better than I hoped. The guys took my heavy sectional sofa apart and carried the pieces down the narrow hallway without hitting any corners. They used thick plastic wrap to keep the cushions from getting dirty during the trip. The whole process stayed on track, and my furniture arrived in great shape.
I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs. Not a single piece was scratched or harmed in any way. I am grateful beyond measure!

They took photos of the setup of electronic devices before disassembling them, which helped immensely when reassembling. They had a wardrobe box for clothes, so they arrived wrinkle-free. The team leader, Steven, updated throughout the move, ensuring nothing was overlooked.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!

They even reassembled our furniture and reinstalled our TV and fridge for us after delivery – and that too without extra charges. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
