I found the movers to be very helpful when I asked them to move the heavy bookshelf a second time. The truck was well-maintained, and the crew stayed on task until the very last box was inside.

I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
Andrew and his companion were kind, and they answered all of my queries. To avoid squashing my breakables, they positioned my hefty boxes at the bottom of the piles.
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
I used them for the move of my parents, and they were very respectful. They seemed to take their time with the heavier items and listened when my parents asked where we should put furniture. The movers' hard work and patience were really appreciated.
If you want something simple, try them. They checked in with me several times to make sure everything met my expectations, even though I had a simple relocation.
