Solid work from Swift Shift Van Lines. They handled the loading and unloading with a lot of skill and did not waste any time standing around. I found the movers to be very helpful when I asked them to move the heavy bookshelf a second time. The truck was well-maintained, and the crew stayed on task until the very last box was inside.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.

Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!

I had tons of loads to relocate, the time was too short, and even the thought of packing and moving in a week was daunting to me. Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
I've never used movers to help with a move before, but I can assure you that it was easy and painless. The men did not take unnecessary breaks and were polite and respectful. When I eventually need to relocate, I will, without a doubt, hire an once more.
