The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
The team handled our move-out from an apartment building in the busy downtown area where parking is a huge issue. The driver parked the truck well in the loading area without blocking traffic and the crew finished clearing out our unit of 2 bed units before the arranged time.
Relocating our small office seemed like it would be a nightmare, but it turned out to be incredibly easy. The movers labeled everything, so it went to the right desks and even set up the heavier equipment for us. They kept a steady pace without rushing and made sure the workday wasn't disrupted any more than necessary. The team's organization was impressive.
Before choosing Swift Shift Van Lines, I consulted with approximately ten other moving companies. For our trip to MO, we enlisted the services of movers from TX. They arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and remained well-equipped throughout the process. Jack and his team successfully finished the task promptly.
I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
