At first, I needed a company I could rely on. Swift Shift Van Lines handled my move with care and attention. They made moving my belongings feel simple and well-managed from start to finish.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
The staff was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to good service really stood out throughout the experience.
My wife and I had a comfortable relocation experience. Alan and his team of 3 were efficient workers and handled everything from packing to delivery exceptionally well. They even reassembled our furniture and reinstalled our TV and fridge for us after delivery – and that too without extra charges. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Moving my late grandmother's hand-painted porcelain collection and fragile glassware was very nerve-wracking for me. Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines for a weekend move to our new house in the suburbs. It was a two-day process since we had a garage full of tools and outdoor gear. The team packed the garage separately and labeled every box. When we unpacked, everything was easy to find.
Moving into our new home was easy, thanks to John & Kevin assistance. They arrived and assisted us in packing up all of our loose belongings and wrapping furniture. They transported all of our large furniture promptly and securely, and everything arrived in excellent shape. Without a doubt, I suggest these people!
We bought a fridge and Swift Shift Van Lines did a fantastic job picking it up and delivering it to our place. Made the whole processes simple and care free. Thanks and would definitely use again.
These guys are the real deal. I had a last-minute move and called 3 other companies, who were booked. Swift Shift Van Lines had a cancellation and fit me in. The crew worked until 7 PM to get me finished. They moved my large sectional sofa up a tight staircase by taking it apart first. It was a long day for them, but they never complained. I'm so grateful.
