If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
Moving with this company was a breeze. The movers were well-organized and efficient, and they were also very friendly and helpful. They took great care with all the items and ensured no damage occurred during the relocation. Can't ask for a better service.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
I was worried about a glass bookshelf and expensive mirrors. The corners were protected and well-padded. Packing my dishwasher, blender, and slow cooker together with labels made unpacking easier. There was no need to do anything.

I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
Swift Shift Van Lines did an amazing job with my move from an apartment to a townhouse. They gave me a clear quote upfront and stuck to it. There were no hidden fees, and they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. They were efficient, respectful, and made sure my belongings were handled with care. I had some heavy furniture, but they used the right equipment, like moving dollies and straps, to make sure everything was safely loaded into the truck. The move took less time than expected, and I was so impressed by their professionalism.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
