What I remember most is how calm everything felt during the move. There was no rushing or confusion, and that made a big difference for me. I would absolutely use them again!
Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.
They moved all of my things without damaging any of them and gave me all the papers I needed. They deserve 5 stars because their prices are so low.
Alex and his team have my highest praise. Absolutely everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. They were all really nice and courteous. I had no doubt that my stuff would be secure.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.

After a short walkthrough, they began working and kept things moving at a steady rate. I checked in occasionally, but there was no need to supervise closely. They handled the responsibilities professionally and stayed consistent. The day ended without issues or delays. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to others planning a move.

Having these guys on the team was a delight. They seemed to have a lot of expertise, were well-organized, and were upbeat. I felt very comfortable leaving everything to them.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
