They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.

They've done a nice job conserving our big appliances. Everything was packed securely, the washer, dryer and fridge, no dents or scratches. Satisfied customer.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
