I moved my one-bedroom apartment last weekend. The movers carried my sofa and bed through a narrow staircase without hitting the walls. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted, and nothing was damaged in the process.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.

The entire process felt very secure and detailed. Person name answered all my difficult customs questions beforehand.

They handled everything from our fragile heirlooms to bulky furniture with incredible care. They delivered everything in immaculate condition and stayed behind to help with unpacking. I paid for $4000 for 800 cubic square feet and they only allowed me 640 when their subcontracted moving company arrived. We measured ourselves and they told us to contact Swift which claims no responsibility once your items are turned over to the moving company that they contract out to. This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with, they also did damage to our flooring and are completely unprofessional. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you will pay double. Rent a U-Haul and save thousands and save yourself the entire headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company.
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
The movers were super friendly and easy to talk to. They made the experience less stressful by keeping things light. It was nice to have a team that not only worked hard but also made me feel at ease.
I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
My boxes of wine glasses arrived undamaged! Trusting their movers was a great decision! Strongly advised!
