From start to finish, Swift Shift Van Lines was top-notch! The office personnel was kind and helpful, and they planned our relocation two days after we contacted them. On moving day, our movers showed up on time and worked carefully. They were an hour faster than expected, and all of our furniture was in pristine shape when it arrived. We will definitely need them for our next move!
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
If you want something simple, try them. They checked in with me several times to make sure everything met my expectations, even though I had a simple relocation.
I recently downsized from a house to a condo and had way more to donate or throw away than I thought. I was worried it would slow everything down, but the movers didn't make a fuss. They helped load donation boxes separately and made sure everything I was keeping got handled carefully. I felt supported the whole day, and that made letting go of things easier.

Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
