My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines dedication, efficiency, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism, our move was a pleasure. Not only were Andrew and Joe the most pleasant coworkers, but they were also exceptionally gifted, generous, and enthusiastic about their profession.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
There was a delay with the elevator in my building, and I expected it to affect the move. Bobby adjusted the order of loading so the time was still used efficiently.
An unbelievably fantastic experience with Swift Shift Van Lines! Their moving crew helped us relocate a few months back and all our stuff made it safely to our new apartment! Definitely recommend their services!
