It was a solid overall professional move.
My move was during heavy rain, and I was worried about my light colored sofa getting wet. The movers came prepared with floor covers and plastic sheets. They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. When everything arrived at my new place, nothing was damp or dirty.
