I felt very comfortable having these movers in my home. David and the other guys were polite, and they worked very fast without being messy. Everything went according to plan.

The movers were patient and kept asking what should be taken and what should be left behind. It helped avoid any confusion or missing items. I could tell they’ve handled tricky setups before. It made a stressful day go a lot smoother.

This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
I had a wonderful experience working with this staff. When staff knew immediately how to handle my possessions. I have never experienced such excellent service!
Because Swift Shift Van Lines was great, I hired them. I'm very happy with how professional, friendly, and good at managing they are. The movers were great. They were nice, careful, and on time. The price was still very low, which was a surprise. I want to use them again for my future projects because they helped me with everything I needed. Observing the process of loading the truck was like to solving a puzzle because everything fit perfectly and efficiently. They helped me reassemble my bed at the new place and there were no dents or damages.
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
