My experience went safely and satisfactorily with these movers. They do their job right, hiring them again soon for the next shifting help. I would absolutely use them again!
Because Swift Shift Van Lines was great, I hired them. I'm very happy with how professional, friendly, and good at managing they are. The movers were great. They were nice, careful, and on time. The price was still very low, which was a surprise. I want to use them again for my future projects because they helped me with everything I needed. I've never worked with a moving company like this one before. Do a great job!
The moving team was not only efficient but also really friendly. They made the whole experience pleasant. They took extra care with my mirrors and paintings, and nothing got damaged. They also helped me unpack a few boxes to get started.
Communication and service from Scott & Robert were top-notch. They made two trips in a row and were always on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and nice. Great service and a strong commitment to their work.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
Jack arranged movers for my aunt’s downsizing. They carried her antique dresser, glass cabinet, and six boxes of keepsakes. The movers were patient and kind, which really made the whole day less stressful.
The movers stayed patient as I made last-minute changes. They didn’t complain once; instead, they quickly adjusted things and kept working hard. That flexibility made the entire relocation process so much easier than I anticipated.
The finest movers we’ve hired in a while! They showed up on time, had all the tools they needed, and immediately started packing room by room in an efficient manner. They also kept me updated throughout, and even offered to help with unpacking later. Delivery came within the window promised, and not a single item was scratched. Well done!
This company really has a customer service mentality. The movers were courteous, responsive and had a mind to ensuring my satisfaction. They were intent on quality, which was clear during the move.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
