I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.
The team handled our move-out from an apartment building in the busy downtown area where parking is a huge issue. The driver parked the truck well in the loading area without blocking traffic and the crew finished clearing out our unit of 2 bed units before the arranged time.

They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
