Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
The movers arrived and packed everything for me the day before the move. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. On moving day, they promptly began working. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.
David and Eric maintained cleanliness around my house when I hired them to move my couch. They disposed of the wasted packing material and also double checked on their way out to see if they’d gotten rid of everything. Bravo!

They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.

I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
The team worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease, ensuring nothing was damaged. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated.
Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
