Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
If I could give negative stars I would. Cameron the sales jerk was charming but a total liar. Gave us our estimate and assured me multiple times I had plenty if room left. Then the confirmation call came where I removed a chair, a desk, a chest of drawers, nightstand and full mattress. I wanted to add 5 medium boxes. They wanted another $1500. After arguing with the person to explain that to me he said “u can take off items if you want but your estimate won’t go down “. I tried to again explain that is not what my question is I said how is it going up with 5 boxes and bulky things removed ? Finally I said you get no more money leave it as is. We ended up throwing out tons of stuff last minute. Movers showed up at 5 at night. Loaded us quickly and off they went. 9 days later we are at our new home waiting for our things and after multiple phone calls find out it’s in Colorado. We are in Wisconsin. They said they have 21 days to deliver in the contract. Cameron neglected to point that out in our hour plus initial conversation. We called 3 days ago and told we were told we would receive a call in 2 days with a delivery date. Obviously not. The person today was so hard to understand my husband hung up. We have spent over $4000 and have no clothes except what we packed no furniture no dishes. No bedding truly a sham !!!! Wish I would have stopped to read reviews first. They actually told us our price was so much because no one wants to come to Wyoming.
The professionalism and quickness of their moving firm impressed me greatly. They committed to the role and came prepared on the moving day with the packing supplies. Nobody can match their prices or the quality of service they deliver when it comes to packing and moving.
We had several glass tables and mirrors in our move. The crew wrapped them carefully, taped the corners, and carried them without rushing. Every fragile item made it into the new place safely. Stellar job
Cannot express my gratitude to their movers for delivering my furniture safely to me. Each piece was covered with padding and wrapped in furniture blankets. There wasn’t a single scratch I detected when I received it all. Bravo to them!
I am so glad I hired this team because they made my move look like a breeze. The truck was plenty big enough for all my clothes and kitchen supplies. They handled my television with a lot of care and made sure it was stable for the drive. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish. Instead of using single-use plastics, they utilized reusable boxes and moving blankets. I admired their efforts to be sustainable!
