At first, I needed a company I could rely on. Swift Shift Van Lines handled my move with care and attention. They made moving my belongings feel simple and well-managed from start to finish.
I had to coordinate a move while traveling out of town, so I could not be physically present. I trusted Swift Shift Van Lines with access to my apartment. They kept me updated through messages and photos during the process. I appreciated seeing progress in real time. When I returned to the new place, all 18 boxes and furniture pieces were exactly where I requested.
Late evening timing was the only option for my schedule. The team arrived as discussed and stayed focused on the job. They handled my personal items and household goods with care. Every request I made was followed without issue. I appreciated how they listened and adjusted when I asked for small changes.
What a fantastic company! Throughout the day, Phillip and his team worked nonstop, rarely taking breaks for meals or relaxation. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our every need, were kind and professional throughout, and met all of our requirements. I will definitely use them again.
I was thrilled with Swift Shift Van Lines for my move. Steven, Andrew, and Jack came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
I’ve moved two times in the last ten years, so I have a good basis for comparison. This was by far the most straightforward experience. The team was focused and got the work done. I’d tell anyone asking to just book them and not worry about it.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
Punctuality is important to me, and the movers arrived exactly at 10:50 AM, as promised. They greeted me with a smile and quickly walked through the house to understand what needed to be done. I appreciated how they asked small questions like where to park the truck and which boxes were high-priority. They were polite throughout and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. The entire move felt friendly and stress-free.
