Really pleased with how things went with the team from Swift Shift Van Lines. The movers arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly and careful with my things. I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. Happy to have chosen them!
I paid for $4000 for 800 cubic square feet and they only allowed me 640 when their subcontracted moving company arrived. We measured ourselves and they told us to contact Swift which claims no responsibility once your items are turned over to the moving company that they contract out to. This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with, they also did damage to our flooring and are completely unprofessional. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you will pay double. Rent a U-Haul and save thousands and save yourself the entire headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company.

Moving out of a third floor walkup is never easy especially with a heavy upright piano. I was worried about the stairs, but the guys were total pros about it. They used high quality straps and padding to make sure the instrument stayed safe during the descent. The truck was packed tight, so nothing shifted during the drive across town. I appreciate the hard work they put into such a physical job. The price was also very fair for the effort.
When I changed my workstation, I needed someone to move desks, chairs, and documents. The crew from this company did the job properly. They arranged all items in sequence, making it easy to set up again.
